• Gynecomastia (man boobs): 

  Anastrozole can reduce estrogen production and shrink gynecomastia tissue. 

• Osteoporosis: 

  Anastrozole can help to increase bone density in men who have low testosterone levels

• Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT): 

  Anastrozole can be used to prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in men who are receiving TRT. This helps to maintain appropriate testosterone levels without excessive estrogen production. 

• Male infertility: 

  Anastrozole can improve sperm quality and fertility in men with low testosterone levels or an imbalance between testosterone and estrogen.
