Intracavernosal Pharmacotherapy (ICP)
The most effective treatment for erectile dysfunction with a 98% success rate.
Papaverine’s primary role is to dilate the blood vessels in the penis, facilitating increased blood into the erectile tissue. By promoting better circulation, papaverine enhances the overall effectiveness of the injection.
Phentolamine enhances the effects of the other ingredients by further promoting relaxation of the blood vessels in the penis. This additional relaxation may help support adequate penile blood flow.
Alprostadil (PGE1) ensures that the primary mechanism necessary for achieving an erection—adequate blood flow—is actively supported. Alprostadil is the only component FDA-approved for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED).

ICP is the best option for men who do not respond to oral ED pills or who cannot tolerate the side effects of oral pills. ICP is an injectable compounded, Trimix medication that combines three active ingredients: alprostadil, papaverine, and phentolamine.

Immediate Results. The medication takes effect quickly, usually within 5-10 minutes, producing an erection lasting 30 minutes to an hour.
Additional Benefits. ICP sustains the erection regardless of the occurrence of ejaculation. With longer-lasting erections and sexual contact, a premature ejaculator becomes less sensitive to sexual stimulation. The assurance that the erection will not go down after ejaculation helps eliminate the performance anxiety, thus reducing the urge to ejaculate.
