Ramelteon
Ramelteon is a melatonin receptor agonist that mimics the effects of melatonin, a hormone the body naturally produces to regulate sleep and the circadian rhythm. Ramelteon has been shown to be more potent than non-prescription melatonin in promoting sleep and has a longer-lasting effect.
